How do people handle the effects of harmful foods? In some, it shows more on the inside, (Thin Outside Fat Inside: TOFI). Others are ok on the inside for now...FOTI. Then others are FOFI. I fall in the TOFI category. I had 2 choices, Meds or Foods. We live with our journey choice...good, or bad.
We need strong "WHYS" to make the healthy journey. My reasons why are basic: No meds, a better quality of life and longevity... I HOPE! What are some of your reasons why?
