This diet is saturated with high-fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, and would hardly be recognizable as food to past generations. Junk-food, packaged foods, food from vending machines, and fast-food chains have all become a main component of this type of lifestyle. This diet is low in fiber and plant-based foods, and primarily based on convenience and price rather than nutrition.
Lunch: meat sandwich with chips and sugared drink or fast food burger with fries and sugared drink
Snack: candy bar or anything that can be found in a vending machine
Dinner: meat, potatoes, bread, butter, maybe a vegetable
Dessert: ice cream or pastry
