I am prone to the below health problems and some are hereditary. I know for fact, I can increase/decrease the intensity of my conditions based on the types of foods I consume.

Here is my list I work on: Hypothyroid, Arthritis, Diabetes, Glaucoma, High Cholesterol, Skin problems from the neck up, Prostate problems, lower back disorder, two bad hips and one already replace... twice. "Some-timers" and I'm praying it is not "Alzheimer's". I know I'm missing a few.
